Believing that the first two Rak`ahs

Q 1: Does offering Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid (two-unit Prayer to salute the mosque) on entering the Masjid (mosque) replace the two-Rak`ahs of the Sunnah of Fajr, or should we offer the two-Rak`ah stressed Sunnah of Fajr after offering Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid?

A: Offering the stressed Sunnah of Fajr on entering the Masjid replaces offering Tahiyyat-ul-Masjid. However, it is good to offer a two-Rak`ah supererogatory Salah with the intention of both of them.
